How To Win In Office Politics- Director's Cut
The story revolves around Sudipta, a 28-year old single mother. Though she is well experienced she joins on a lower level. From the very first day she feels that she is not welcome there. The coworkers push all their paper work on her and she slogs. The boss turns blind towards all this and the exploitation continues. One of the co-worker even tries to frame her for a theft. Sudipta knows that they are doing this as she is misfit. She doesn’t do drugs, stays away from the parties and that is major reasons these people harass her. She makes the reports the plans and her boss gives the credit to a more flamboyant co-worker who had stolen her work and presented to the boss. Sudipta just hopes the someday her efforts will be recognized someday. One day her friend Lopa introduces her to the practice and chanting. Sudipta started believing in the practice like a child. Through guidance and discussions with members and leaders she under goes her human revolution. And very soon the scenario starts changing. The boss starts appreciating her efforts. At the end she modifies these incident into a fairy tale that becomes the favorite bedtime story of her 6 year old daughter Pakhi. Listening to this wonderful experience of Sudipta her paying guest Kush a 19 year old student who is into bad company and drugs sees a glimmer of hope.
